Community Safeguarding Policy
Our Mission
Prosalud Company is committed to safeguarding the well-being of elderly and vulnerable adults. As an organisation specialised in chronic pain management and improving quality of life, we understand the importance of providing a safe environment during home visits and community presentations.
Our Commitment
We prioritise the health, safety, and well-being of the people we visit. All our talks and activities focus on explaining the importance of daily physiotherapy to improve quality of life. We offer clear information about accessing professional physiotherapy or massage services and present practical alternatives for those who may not have this option.
Defining Abuse and Neglect
Abuse may include physical, emotional, financial, or psychological harm. Neglect involves failing to provide necessary care, assistance, or medical attention. Prosalud Company maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of abuse or neglect.
