Our heated vibrotherapy massager is designed with your comfort and safety in mind. It is fully compliant with UK laws and safety regulations. Please read the following guidance carefully before use.


Product Compliance
This device:
•    Complies with the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016
•    Bears the UKCA mark
•    Meets UK consumer protection laws
•    Is intended for personal use by adults, especially users aged 50+


Safe Usage Guidelines
•    Use only with the provided power adapter and accessories
•    Keep dry and avoid use near water or damp environments
•    Do not use while sleeping or leave the device unattended while switched on
•    Use on stable, soft surfaces such as chairs, sofas, or beds
•    Do not cover the device with thick blankets, duvets, or insulated materials that could trap heat
•    Limit each session to 30 minutes maximum. Let the device cool fully before next use
•    Do not use on broken, inflamed, or irritated skin
•    Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, or a pre-existing health condition


Electrical and Fire Safety
Inspect the product and power cable before every use. Do not use if damaged. Never attempt to repair or modify the device.
Do not obstruct any ventilation areas, and avoid using the device near heat sources. Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children or pets.


Limitation of Liability
This device is used at your own risk. Improper use, failure to follow instructions, or modifications may result in injury or damage.
The manufacturer and retailer accept no liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from misuse or negligence.


Not a Medical Device
This product is not classified as a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It is designed for general wellness and comfort purposes only.

Hygiene and Returns
This product is sealed for hygiene reasons. Once unsealed or used, it cannot be returned, unless faulty.
This complies with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 – Regulation 29(3)(m).
